While kayaking is generally considered a safe activity, adherence to standard safety guidelines is crucial to minimize risks associated with water sports. Despite precautions, emergencies and unforeseen situations can arise during your adventure. Most issues can be resolved with a simple call to us.
Certification is not mandatory for renting a single or double kayak, but you assume responsibility for your safety and trip planning. Before renting, you must sign our liability release document, and any incurred damages are your financial responsibility.
Please be aware that kayak rentals are charged per day, regardless of the return time. Ensure you utilize the kayak on the final day to maximize your rental!
Feel free to leave your personal belongings at our base for no additional charge while kayaking. If you arrive by car, we can recommend nearby parking options and adherence to island parking rules ensures the safety of your vehicle.
For real-time weather updates, consider downloading reliable forecast applications such as NEVERIN, HRT METEO, ALADIN HR, and YR, particularly suited for Croatia.
While not mandatory for kayak rental, we provide a 2-hour introduction course. Familiarize yourself with the kayak and equipment, covering essential sea kayak techniques, efficient paddling, self-rescue, and other fundamentals. Booking in advance is recommended, and the course fee is based on the number of participants.

Once your trip has commenced, there are no refunds for any reason, including bad weather. This includes individuals or groups that return before their period of hire has finished.

Cancellations 60+ days before renting will receive a full refund
Cancellations between 30 and 60 days before renting will receive a 50% refund
Cancellations within 30 days before the departure will receive no refund
