Join us for a one-of-a-kind gourmet journey that blends the thrill of sea kayaking with the rich culinary traditions of Croatia. Led by renowned MasterChef Šime Sušić, this immersive trip around the island of Rab offers the perfect balance of outdoor exploration and indulgent flavor discovery.
Each day, we’ll paddle through the crystal-clear waters of the Adriatic, exploring Rab’s hidden beaches, scenic coves, and charming coastal villages. In the evenings, we gather for special “Taste Nights”, where Šime prepares curated dinners featuring regional specialties from all corners of Croatia — from the islands to the highlands.
Throughout the tour, you’ll taste your way through Croatia’s finest ingredients and traditions:

Each tasting as well as sea kayaking is guided by Šime, who shares the origin, story, and pairing tips for every dish and ingredient. It’s a true culinary immersion — not just a meal, but an experience.
The provided itinerary serves as a rough outline, meticulously crafted to showcase the highlights of our sea kayak adventure along Croatia's stunning coastline. However, it is important to note that our plans are flexible and may be subject to adjustments based on local weather conditions and unforeseen circumstances. This flexibility is one of the advantages of our accommodation-based tour, as it allows us to adapt to changes seamlessly. In the event of inclement weather, we can pivot to hiking and sightseeing activities, ensuring an enriching experience regardless of the conditions.
Upon your arrival in Rab, we’ll greet you with warm smiles at the meeting point and escort you to your accommodation at our Family Residence Apartments—your cozy retreat during this adventure.
But the true welcome begins at sunset, when we invite you to our family home for an unforgettable evening. Here, the Adriatic’s bounty takes center stage:

Comfortable Accommodations for Your Tour Experience
Experience restful nights during our accommodation-based tour, where comfort and convenience are our priorities. We offer simple yet cozy rooms or apartments, subject to availability. We aim to accommodate the group in the same house whenever possible, ensuring a sense of unity and connection.
However, the arrangement depends on the availability of double and single beds. As a result, the group or individuals may be situated in different places. Rest assured, all accommodations are within short walking distance or proximity to our base, ensuring easy access to our activities and amenities.
At the heart of our accommodations is the commitment to provide you with a comfortable and convenient stay, allowing you to focus on the experiences and adventures that await during your time with us.
If you've chosen the option to book your accommodation, we kindly ask that you select a place nearby. This minimizes the need for transportation and allows you to fully immerse yourself in the local atmosphere.

Our paddling typically starts around 09:30 am and the tour usually concludes between 3:30 - 5:00 pm
All kayaking participants are required to wear a life jacket at all times while paddling, without any exceptions.
When arranging accommodation independently, ensure proximity to our address at Banjol 341, with the town center just 15 minutes (1.2 km) away.
If you’ve found your own accommodation with breakfast included, it won’t affect the price of the tour
If you're arriving by car to Rab Island, you have the option to park your vehicle safely for free at a nearby parking lot, subject to availability. However, depending on your accommodation, you may also have secured parking in front of the house. Alternatively, there is paid parking available priced at around 10 € per day. Additionally, you can opt to leave your car at our neighbor's parking lot for a fee of 8€ per day.
